Account deletion

Request deletion of your Prononce AI account

If you created a Prononce AI account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data outside the app by email.

How to request deletion

  1. Email hello@prononce.tech.
  2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
  3. Send the request from the email address linked to your Prononce AI account, or include enough information for us to verify ownership.

What will be deleted

After verification, we will delete or anonymize account data and associated personal learning data such as profile information, recordings, transcripts, practice history, feedback reports, reminders, and app-specific tokens, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial compliance.

Timing

We aim to process deletion requests promptly after verifying account ownership. We may contact you if more information is needed to confirm the request.
